Motion design and illustration for Kew Royal Botanical Gardens – 'Beyond the Gardens' series film. The film is based around the history of the Plant Family Tree through hundred's of years of botanical research.
The center graphic of the film is a drawing of the history of plant life – shown as a big tree - that I illustrated and designed.I also designed the botantical plant specimens, typography and the handbound book prop.
We were able to take advantage of Kew's archive including the Darwin's collection of herbarium specimens - which the Kew team gave us high res scans of. This was a Lonelyleap production for Kew Gardens.
